- Where is my data stored?
- On your phone, never on our servers. On iPhone, also in your own iCloud. On Android, also in your phone's encrypted Google backup, if backup is on (photos move only with a phone-to-phone transfer).
- How do I restore my purchase?
- Settings, Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account on iPhone or the same Google account on Android.
- How do I get a refund?
- On iPhone, purchases are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, they are handled by Google Play: request one from your Google Play order history.
- How do I get my lines out?
- Settings, Export, as CSV; or a PDF of any year from the book screen.
- I imported from Day One and something is off.
- Email us with the file.
